Employing a European production model rather than the standard Asian arrangement, Gingerfilms is owned and controlled by a team of China experienced producers.

Within Ginger Films the two main producers are: Xie Deping and Shane Nunn. Together they have experience with both local and international production standards in the metropolitan areas of China, in remote shooting locations and in production internationally. They also have experience in coordinating model making, photography shoots, and heavy postproduction special effects work overseas and locally as well as computer generated, stopframe and traditional animation projects.
